Ionic not showing stats on watch

My Ionic is not displaying sleep, exercise, food on the watch but showing fine on the app. I have tried changing clockfaces, removing those options and readding, I have shutdown and restarted and also removed the watch from the app.

I'm having the exact same issue, starting around 12:00pm today.  Time is correct, heartbeat is correct, steps are syncing to phone, but Steps, distance, Calories are all showing 0s.

I have got it to sync but it’s lagging behind, not all the data showing on the ionic is up to date. I had a response from their support today and they seem to think I have a Versa as well as an Ionic?! Which I don’t! Hopefully they’ll be an update soon as this is very disappointing from Fitbit

Sorry, I guess I should have followed up on this.  I tried resetting several times, to no avail.  I ended up picking a new clockface to see if that would make a difference, and it did.  Things are working fine now.  I don't see my old clockface available anymore in the marketplace, so I'm guessing it was removed and that was the issue?  Regardless, it seems to be working fine now.  Hope this will resolve your problems too.  Good Luck.

The latest iPhone app update along with syncing my Fitbit whilst it was on charge  appears to have fixed the issue, hooray!
