This morn I noticed I had less than 200 steps! Not normal. Thought perhaps battery was low. Came home and charged to 100%. Wore FitBit as usual the rest of the day -- total of 317 steps and NOTHING is showing for HR. Synced; nothing changed on display and apparently no activity for the days over the 317 steps. Please advise what might be wrong or how to reset! I count on my Ionic for daily steps and HR monitoring during exercise! Thanks!

Welcome back @Fsucpa. Thanks for the details mentioned.
It's pretty weird that your Ionic's heart rate data isn't showing and your steps aren't syncing to your account. I would like you to follow the tips mentioned in this article for your HR not tracking and you can try restarting your watch because your steps seem not to be tracking properly.
Also, please reply to the following questions:
- Did you notice your Ionic tracked all your steps but not synced them?
- Is your other data tracking properly?
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Note: the issue is that the steps are NOT being picked up!! And the HR is not being detected.
This issue started yesterday, 8/1. Recharged and the issue continued.
Today my steps are also NOT correct --- right now the steps are 54947 which is obviously wrong; no HR is being detected.
I followed the link with instructions to restart and then turn Ionic off and back on; the steps are still incorrect and the HR is not being detected. Help, please!!
