Ionic not showing steps or heart rate

I’ve recently updated my Ionic to the new Version 70.7.27 and it now does not show my step count or my heart rate. I have resettled the Ionic multiple times and shut it down and still has the same problem. I have checked the sensor and the green lights are still on, but no heart rate is being picked up. Anyone offer any advice?

Hier hetzelfde probleem. Gisteren contact gehad met FitBit klantenservice. Gevraagd om Ionic opnieuw op te starten. Het probleem zou dan over zijn. Helaas niets geholpen. Opnieuw contact gezocht nu weer wachten op antwoord.
