My fitbit Ionic isn’t tracking swimming training. No distance, no pools.. everything is ZERO ta the end of the training. I’ve try many time to stop and restart but ti doesn’t work.

@Sav85 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this, I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. 

 

Inconsistencies in your swim data may be caused by any of the following:

 

  • You completed only a few laps
  • You stopped to rest multiple times or in the middle of the pool
  • You stopped to rest for longer than 60 seconds after completing a pool length
  • You changed your stroke type midway through a length
  • You swam with a kickboard or without using your arms
  • You swam less than the minimum duration needed for your swim to be automatically recognized

Also please ensure that you have entered your pool length, this for your Ionic to track swim lengths.

Thank you Silvia for your answer.

I have checked the pool length and is correct. I have tried others times to start a swimming training. I have tried for 16 minutes today, without stop, without change stroke tipe and using the arms. But everything is ZERO (distance and pools). What is the problem?
