Ionic not displaying any words or number. Only clock face picture and all the little icons

i have reset my ionic multiple times, can some help?

Hi, by chance can you get it connected with the Fitbit App and click profile photo, device photo, Clocks tile and load a Fitbit clock to the watch?

@STaylor61 Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Since you've tried restarting your watch, I recommend changing a clock face to Fitbit designed: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
