I received my ionic day before yesterday. It worked completely fine for a day. Then I did factory reset from the settings app on the watch. After that screen went off and now it isn't starting at all.
I tried pressing all the combinations of buttons for 30 seconds each.
Tried charging it for several hours. Nothing worked.
Is there any other way to solve the issue?

A factory reset clear all data and returns it to what it was like brand new. A simple restart does just that. Normally, you should be able to tap the screen while on the charger and see the level of charge. If you can do that you will have to set it up all over again. If that doesn't work I would contact customer service or return it if you got it locally.

I was trying to switch the login accounts. That's why I did factory reset.
I did contact the customer support, during the call it displayed 0% on the screen by pressing left and bottom right buttons. Then I connected the watch to charger. After some time, I tried the same again. It's not displaying anything at all. Not able to figure out if it's charging or not.
