My Ionic battery started discharging rapidly and since past few days the watch will switch off when removed from charging device. I tried doing the factory reset following steps given in forum chat, however, now the watch is stuck displaying message “ Data not cleared, Sync and try again”. The watch is not getting connected to phone / app as well. Tried repeating the reset steps but no change in Watch response . Any suggestions

After restarting your Watch please reboot your mobile device. Then, try to set up your Ionic as a replacement device:

Hi Edson,
The steps you suggested have not helped, Watch is not getting connected through blue tooth. On restarting the watch, it does not move beyond the screen display “Data to Cleared, Sync and try again”. Is the watch Dead ?
