I hadn't used my ionic (which has had various problems over the last couple of years) for a few months and decided to give it another shot. After several attempts it started but was flaky, so decided to try a factory reset. BIG mistake. It won't turn on at all now. I can see others have had the same problem.
Have been promised an email from Customer Services about the warranty but have had it over two years, so I now have an out of warranty watch which won't work (nice alliteration there!).
But, I do possibly feel better for having typed all that out!

I have used your support team and seemingly nothing can be done, except to offer me 30% off my next purchase. As this is my 2nd fitbit to fail, I don't feel inclined to accept this offer as there is clearly a fault with the design of the watch.
Off to research other brands.
