Ionic not syncing after Jan app update (Android)

Yes, I tried unpairing the Ionic from my bluetooth list. Yes, I removed the Ionic from my FitBit account. Yes, I tried adding a new Ionic device. Yes, the Ionic is charged and running. Yes, I reset the Ionic using the buttons.

Wouldn't sync before all this.

Now the I can't get the app to add the Ionic, because the app can't communicate with the watch. This all started because I updated the app yesterday. No sync since the update. Grrr.

This seems more of a cluster than the issue back in September.

Come on, FitBit. More testing of app updates before the release, please.

How long do we have to wait for a fix on the app?

No where in your list of attempted remedies did you mention that you restarted your phone.

Always restart your phone after the app updates.   Depending on your settings, Fitbit even sends a notification stating to restart your phone after an update.

I'm in the same boat, since the update two days ago.

Can't pair on Windows 10 app OR Android app. The time is also 3 mins out compared to PC/phone

Fitbit have killed the sync ...

@SunsetRunner, which update two days ago? If that was the Android app update to v2.67, that would not have had anything to do with the Windows 10 syncing.   The time will not be adjusted until you are able to sync the tracker.
