I was having issues with my phone syncing to my phone. It would say something may take a while then it would just stop. I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall, but now when I try to log in it says its down for maintenance. I couldn't find anything on the site to indicate that and its been two days and I still get that notification. My Ionic had died the other day as well so now my time is off by a few hours and have no way to adjust it. Its a very irritating situation.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Hampsterking.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. I recommend trying the following:
1. Force stop the Fitbit app on your phone: phone's Settings > Applications > find the Fitbit app > select it > Storage > Clear cache. Then go back and select Force stop.
2. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
3. Reboot your mobile device.
4. Login using your account credentials and try to sync your watch.
For complete troubleshooting tips to resolve the syncing issue, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hope this helps!
