I am a FB user for years recently I decided to join premium for the year, but my hesitation is due to the fact that my device doesnt sync my workouts nor can I play music during workout. Can i get help with this?

Please confirm you're following this procedure to play your music while working out. To better assist you, reply to the following questions:
- Are you tracking your workouts with SmartTrack or the exercise app?
- Which workouts aren't syncing to your account?
- Are you controlling your music from your phone or on your Ionic?

I believe I corrected my music during workouts issue. However if I select a program for instance a running program, it does not sync to my watch for that days workout. I have to bring my phone in addition. So can you now help me with syncing my workouts to my FB Ionic. Thank you

I would like to clarify the running workout that's not syncing to your program. Please reply to the following questions:
- Are you participating in a Guided Running Program?
- Are you tracking your workouts at the time you schedule it when you created it?
- What is the name of the Guided Program?
Also, please confirm you're tracking your runs with the exercise app or SmartTrack.

The workouts that you're doing will count in your Guided Program and this will reflect on your watch as active minutes and the number of days you have worked out so far.
