Ionic not syncing, now it won’t re-connect as a new device

Ionic didn’t sync for the last few days. After reading other forums decided to remove device from ionic app and reconnect it. 

while trying to connect it always times out it’s connection during setup. 

I have turned Bluetooth off/on and restarted ionic multiple times.

My Ionic did the same thing and would not reboot. Screen turned black and the watch would try to start then shut off. Contacted tech support and we went through several reboot processes and still nothing. Getting a replacement soon.
