Ionic will not sync or turn on

@Catmom69 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Have you tried performing a restart on your Ionic? That should help you out.

 

Also, when you plug it in to the charging cable, does it light up showing it is charging?

 

If it turns on, but still not syncing; please try these syncing troubleshooting steps for Android devices. That could help you as well!
