about 2 days ago I noticed my Ionic’s clock was not correct (now it’s so wrong it’s almost right). I went to the app on my Iphone and saw there was an update— tried and it wouldn’t sync or update. Looked in bluetooth settings and it’s not connected.
Went to the forums and have done every trouble shooting on google I could find (all from this forum). Still won’t connect with bluetooth. I’m beyond frustrated and am about to simply connect this device with my garbage. Please assist before I quit.

I’ve logged out, logged off, turned off, disconnected, and done it all again 4-5X without any luck. This is garbage.

So I did the factory reset on the Ionic device and now nothing on that works— just the blue diamond looking image that fades off the screen and comes back. What is wrong with your product?!

Just set me up with a new watch please—and not a refurbished one that’ll have the same issues in 2 weeks. Or a full refund. This is bogus and the product is a GD lemon
