My watch will not sync to my phone App anymore. I am on the second watch now (first one lasted about 6 months before it died) I am Starting to become highly Irritated with the FitBit watch and App. I have already tried to reset the watch and App, still nothing.

Also, confirm that you have a compatible device. If after trying the procedure posted above, your watch is still not syncing and you're getting any error message, please provide me with those details and I'll be happy to continue assisting you.

I am having the same issue - synced until the 27th - now nothing - have tried all the troubleshooting - keeps giving me the bluetooth error - which I have already tried to do.

Ionic so will not sync. Other devices connected to my blue tooth (speaker, car etc have no problems connecting).
When I try to sync my Ionic is just says "looking" but never connects. The Ionic won't even show the
correct time, some how it is losing minutes. I had a 90 minute work out
this evening, which I attempted to track...somehow the Ionic counted the calories that were burned but lost 30 minutes of the work out, saying it only lasted 60 mins. Yes, I have tried all the re-starts etc and have
deleted and re-installed the Fitbit app on my i-phone three times but nothing changes. I can only conclude that the blue booth signal on the Ionic is not working correctly, (yes I have my ionic set to all day sync). It is rendering the ionic as useless as I can't even use it as a watch as it doesn't even keep correct time. I've only had it since May and would expect it to last longer than five months.
Please give me a clue as to what to do next....

I'm having the same issue. My ionic wont sync with my phone and hasn't done for the last couple of weeks. I've tried all the suggestions here, reinstated the app twice. restarted both phone and ionic numerous times. Still nothing. My phone shows it is paired but not the ionic.

Since, you mentioned that your app it's showing that your Ionic isn't paired. You may want to try to set it up once again. If you encounter any issue try this procedure Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?.

Best AnswerSame issue here, I have even done a factory reset, as I was instructed and a month later it does not sync again. The ionic has not synced since Nov 16 at 6:03 pm. I spent a lot of money on this and it does no tracking of anything for me.
