All of a sudden, my Ionic stopped syncing water and food from MFP and my steps and exercise are not syncing to MFP. I have tried to revoke and reconnect, delete both apps and reinstall, shutdown device and restart after revocation and it is still the same. The only thing different was the Apple update that occurred last night to iOS 12.3.1. Can you please help with this?

Hi @fingers743 thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'm here to help you with your concern. It's nice to see you again participating in our Community Forums, welcome back.
First, I appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting your Ionic prior posting, seems odd that after your iOS update you experienced this situation. For me to better assist you, can you please let me know how many times you experienced this after the update was made? Also, did you experienced this before your iOS was updated? Additional information and details will be appreciated.
Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks for responding. I have had this issue before but it has been quite some time. The last time I was able to get it back syncing but lost the messaging capability. This current issue happened yesterday after the update was made. It has not synced the two apps since.

@fingers743there is pinned thread about the recent issue on the "Third-party Integrations" forum:
Just related question, is MFP app acting normal? Today I had to delete tens of duplicated entries which appeared out of nowhere. I think the issue is not just Fitbit ( or maybe not at all considering that MFP also works on the fix: https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2976520-fitbit-sync-issues

@SunsetRunner I'm getting the same problem. MPF started randomly duplicating some food entries and FitBit stopped syncing with MFP around the same time.

Hello guys! My sincere apologies for the delay in responding your posts. It's nice to see @SunsetRunner and @Aenkill participating again in our Community Forums, also, thanks for your reply @fingers743.
I'd like to let you know that we were updated regarding this situation and as it has been mentioned already on @LanuzaFitbit post, the issue appears to have been resolved by MyFitnessPal already and now they are waiting for the backlog of sync requests to be completed. For more information and details please check Fitbit Sync Issues. That said, please let me know if you're still experiencing difficulties with your Fitbit account and the integration with MyFitnessPal. Thanks for sharing this information with other users @SunsetRunner, I'm sure your post will help other users here in the forums.
Thank you all for your patience, I'll be around.
