My Ionic is suddenly not syncing. My Samsung phone is not recognizing the Ionic. I have turned Bluetooth and phone off and on several times with no results. This started when I tried to do the firmware update.

Yes, this is what is happening. I am not very tech say and this is very frustrating!

I can't really click that any of the answers worked. It just suddenly started working. In fact, I was a little disappointed that I didn't get a reply after I confirmed that this was the problem I was having. Even a, "thank you were working on it" would have been nice. Fitbit has always been quick and polite with responses before.

I had the same issue after the update. I had to remove the ionic from my account, remove it from the Bluetooth list on my phone, restart the ionic, reconnect it to Bluetooth on my phone, then add it to my account again. Silly, but it worked for me.
Now, if only it would count steps properly....
