I just got my Ionic yesterday. I am experiencing many problems. I will start with the most recent and ongoing. When I initially setup, the watch seemed to sync to the dashboard in the app just fine on my phone. Starting this morning however it actually back tracked to a sync last night at 7 pm showing data less recent than that of the night before. It was stuck on that sync so I deleted the app and setup again including reconfiguring with wifi and Bluetooth and bingo problem solved, everything synced up. Since then I can’t get it to sync again, and it doesn’t recognize my wifi which no other devices have issues with and yes I brought everything close to the router. It’s as if the syncing is a one and done. I don’t want to have redo my setup every time I need to sync. Help please and thank you!

For 3 days I have received the message "an error occurred while syncing!" when ever I try to sync. The error occurs on my ipod, and on a wndws pc with dongle what is going on?

Have turned BT on and off alternately on both devices but to no avail. What’s happening?
