Since Dec 27, 2018 my Ionic is unable to sync/connect to my Honor 9i. I did try every possible options from switch on/switch off to restart/reboot only to have frustrated. In addition to it, the Fitbit CC guys are unresponsive. Are they exist even?

Who are the Fitbit cc guys? Do you mean Support?
Your phone is unfortunately not on the Supported Devices List whichbis probably the root of the problem. Unsupported phones often work, but when something upsets the connection to the tracker no one is working towards getting it working again. All you can do is try the troubleshoots in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
