I have done everything including using my phone as a hotspot. I need someone to help me with this. I've never had this much trouble and I really don't want to buy another one. If I can't get this resolved I'm buying something else. So disappointed because I loved this Fitbit!!

Same issue here starting yesterday Moto z2 force, seems to be related to the app update to 3.3.1
Also it deleted yesterday's data completely

Thanks for getting back @Lulabelle.Tenn and @Navcab4422. Sorry for the delayed reply. I have checked the list of supported devices and the LG V40 that you mentioned isn't listed there. Rest assure that our Support team is testing new devices and adding them to the list.
