Ionic not syncing

I have the app installed on both my phone and tablet. I cannot get the watch to sync with either. I have deleted and reinstalled the app on both devices, I still can't get the watch to sync. The will show ,y steps but not the exercise. Can anyone offer nay help?

It's pretty weird that your Ionic isn't syncing your exercises but it's showing your steps. In this case, I would like you to make sure you've tried this syncing troubleshooting and confirm that you have the latest app version. 

Please reply to the following questions: 

- Are you tracking your exercises with SmartTrack or with activity mode?

- Is all your other information syncing?
