My ionic device can never be found. It doesn't sync obviously and the only way I can get any life out of it at all is to reset it. My phone can they try to connect.
None of my notifications show up on the phone because of this and the app is constantly telling me to restart my phone?
Phone P30 Pro
Anyone know if this is a problem. With the ionic?

I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting and double check that the Android version installed on your phone is 7.0 or higher.
