I noticed that my Ionic stopped tracking HR data on Sunday this week. In looking at the forums, one suggestion was to factory reset the device and on reboot, the app said there was a firmware update so I did that - now firmware always good right? Sadly, the Ionic now will not power on with any key sequence so it seems good and bricked now. Been working great for a very long time now so sad that things have gone south.
