Ionic not tracking all of daily steps and stairs

Ive had issues with all data points since the firmware update, but this have gotten ridiculous! The unit does not track at least 10% of my daily steps, and the stair tracking has basically stopped! Did a hard reset, know all the parameter on how it traces this activity - something is wrong!

Thanks for letting me know that your Ionic wasn't tracking all your daily steps and stairs. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
