Ionic not tracking all of sleep

I just recently bought the  Ionic but it never tracks my first couple of hours of sleep.  I’ve switched arms and even tried changing up the Dominant arm setting.

 

I’ve used the Charge 2 for several years with no issues.  I just tried the Charge 2 again and it worked fine. I could just sleep with that, but I really like using the alarm in the Ionic.

 

Tried searching where I found putting it real snug but I've already tried that.

@rayban776 It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. 

 

I appreciate the details mentioned and the research done. I would like you to restart your Ionic, following the tips on this article.
