Ionic not tracking anything

Iconic hasn't tracked HR, Steps, Sleep, exercise. Have rebooted-restarted but results have been futile.

I'd like you to confirm that you followed these steps to restart your Ionic and please let me know when this started happening.

I have the same problem. And yes, rebooted several times and left the watch charging for a whole night. Screen is working but Zero tracking (well, except for the calories ...).

 

This problem started very early last Thursday.
