Been for a run. Tracked it. Info on screen at completion - absolutely nothing when I sync to my phone. Where has my data gone? The run showed the stats on completion. Very annoying
Music - crackly and poor quality.one of my reasons for purchase....but totally pointless as it does not work. headphones work perfectly with my other devices.
So it seems I have a tracker that will not track, will not play music. What's the point fit bit!!
Come on fitbit. This is an expensive device and extremely frustrating. First and last fitbit.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this type of issues with your watch, I would like you to restart your Ionic and then try tracking another activity. For the one that was lost, please manually log it to get that data back.
