Yesterday (tuesday 9/17) my Ionic stopped reading my heart rate, only counted 69 steps even though I did way more than that (I'm a nurse), not tracking sleep, or capturing the work outs I've done. Still have version 3.5. What's up with that? How do I fix it?

A warm welcome to the Community @Ha4799002. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I would like you to follow these tips for your heart rate not showing. If you get your heart rate working, please restart it and check if your data gets tracked after this.
Let me know how it goes.
