Ionic not tracking heart rate and sleep

Since I updated to the latest firmware on 31st May I have had no HR recordings and the sleep tracking is not recording properly & no sleep score. As usual Fitbit has screwed things up, this is my 2nd Ionic after my first one had to be replaced because it died during another upgrade inside it's first year. I am at a loss after trying the reset procedure so I think it is time to move to another tracker, I like the Ionic but the lack of support and bugs are tiresome.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the feedback that was shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your device isn't recording sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? To receive Sleep Stages and then Sleep Score, your device must track heart rate data, therefore, this could be the root cause of this situation. That said, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
