Hi Since around lunch time today, my FitBit has randomly stopped tracking! I have tried resetting it to no avail. I switched it off and no success. Have deleted the app and reloaded it with no success and have just tried a full factory reset on the device and it’s stillnor tracking my steps or heart rate.
Im so fed up with these devices dying so frequently! I want action urgently!!

I just had the same issues a few days ago. Tried all the trouble shooting and still have the same issue. It is really frustrating to have these issues with the ionic! MY ionic is not even 1 year old!

Yeah. It seems like FitBit Software quality is really poor. It is a pretty erratic device.
They are just giving reasons to jump platform, I guess!
