Ionic not tracking heart rate

I got a replacement ionic because my old one stopped working. For the past few days I have had it it hasn’t been tracking my heart rate even once. The calories I have done also stopped working. What should I do?

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post regarding your replacement Ionic device. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? Also, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such information was really helpful for other users that were experiencing the same uncommon behavior.

 

Regarding the calories burned, your device isn't syncing calories at all even though it's syncing steps, floors, etc? Please keep in mind that if you're experiencing heart rate difficulties you'll notice discrepancies with the calories amount that are burned. To learn more about calories: How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?
