I had noticed my HR monitor ceased working on my Ionic yesterday, then I received the firmware update when I tried to change clock faces to see if this would remedy the issue. FW updated still no HR data. What is the best way to resolve the issue and 'knowns' please?
Note I have followed all steps to ensure I had not accidentally turned of the feature inc a reset.
