Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your Ionic isn't tracking sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? Is the heart rate sensor of your device working normally? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Ionic and let me know if the issue persists.

Hi there,
Just bought a new ionic last week and it's only giving me the simplified sleep details. No matter what I did (followed all the troubleshooting steps on this forum under different posts), it's not giving me the sleep stages. Sleep stages were what I was sold on when buying this product. Should I return this watch? Is it a defect or is there a way to fix this? As I said, I tried all the recommendations online...
