Any way to fix my ionic, it’s not illuminating properly but can when turning off and on.
Also wont track heart beat or track sleep.

Hi @Ash82g, what brightness setting do you have your device on?
As far as the heart rate and all that jazz, you can try performing a restart by holding down the left and bottom right buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds. You will feel a slight vibration and see the Fitbit logo appear on the screen, this signals a successful restart. This often helps me solve many bugs my devices are experiencing.
For the sleep tracking, have you tried loosening or tightening the band? Also, is the sleep setting set to "Sensitive"?

Hi yes it was some great information and did help me but no it didn’t resolve all the issues, I may have to return it to wherever I t goes too
