Ionic not tracking stats/ calibration prompt appears

After returning from holiday yesterday I was prompted to update to 71.6.19 but my Ionic is not measuring steps, heart rate, so I'm missing a lot of metrics, also the calibration prompt frequently appears but only results in the error message despite following all recommendations. My Ionic is quite useless unless I can get this resolved.
