Ionic not tracking stats

Hi couple days ago my ionic stopped tracking anything no steps heart rate only thing works is time and messages still come through i tried everything turning off factory reset 3  times deleted app nothing worked has anyone any ideas really annoying me now

Mine stopped tracking steps today too. My first ionic stopped tracking swim laps so I replaced it. If this one is also going to stop working I most certainly will not be buying another Fitbit and will flip to Apple Watch. Almost $1,000 so far spent on fitbits and they all break and too quickly. I restarted the lame watch a couple times already and still not changing my steps on the device

Today it is frozen, can’t get to restart it can’t scroll to anything. Changed face and new face is froze. Held all buttons for 20 seconds and a logo appears then brings back a frozen face. I’m about to buy an Apple Watch and delete all Fitbit crap off my phone. These trackers are ridiculous in hue often they completely just stop working and need replaced.
