Ionic not tracking steps and heart rate

after 3 month on the corona couch my wife told me to go back to training.

my Ionic called for update, but then hell broke out.

no heart rate no step count.

i have reset my ionic and even went back to factory setting after delete all apps.

i have cleaned the laser/sensors...

it tracked my mtb track, for 91min but only said 127cals... i am affraid the many miles i need to ride to get my usual 1200cals...

what to do 😢😢😢

if i need to put it in the grave it is a new brand... this is my sexond ionic in 1yr

Since the new firmware sucks and nothing works now.

would it somehow be possibble to go back to old version...

And yes I have rebooted and restored to factory settings 10 times.

I want old firmware on my watch

Hi @Gnorko  it's not possible to go back to the previous firmware.

My wife is also having this issue.  Is there a new firmware updated scheduled to correct it?

I am facing the same issue. Heart rate and step count stopped working on 3 Aug 20.

Same here man really, it stopped synchronization after new firmware. After I reset my watch now its saying with cross sign that synchronise and try again,,

Really how would i ever synchronise now lol

My one isn't synchronizing since 23rd july no matter what i did. Today i thought of resetting my watch and delete all on my watch but it got stuck on page saying " data not cleared, syn and try against" 

How the hell i can synchronise now?

Any Idea? Fyi i tried everything thats available on internet and nothing changed
