Ionic not tracking steps and heart rate

Everything on my ionic stopped working except the time. It wont track steps, heart rate nothing I tried resetting it that didn't work what do i do?

i have also no function sensors on my ionic.

came after software update, 

tried factory reset...

also posted yesterday...
