Hi guys, hope you are doing well. I am having a problem with my Ionic. It recently stopped tracking my heartbeat and my steps (it collects just a few steps and calories burned per day). I have the latest available version installed.
I´ve tried changing the clock face and it doesn´t work as well.
One more thing that I can see is that the green light has turned off.

I am not sure if my notice got thru, but I am also having issues with the ionic. Tracks very few steps per day. Would really like to get this resolved. I am not interested in trying to find a new tracing device but it looks like I am going to be forced into do so.
