Ionic not tracking steps and heart rate

This morning out of sudden the Ionic Smart Watch stopped tracking my steps I have taken. In fact it also stopped tracking the duration of my wearing the FitBit watch when I synced with the FitBit appn on my phone.

I also observed that the green blinking light (heart rate tracking) at the back of the watch also stop blinking.

To solve the problem, I press and hold the left and bottom right buttons at the same time until I see the Fitbit logo. But it still did not work.

Any way to solve the problem immediately as I need the FitBit watch to work again as I am using it to participate in the HiSG program?
