Hi there,
Trust you are well.
I have a Fitbit Ionic, since yesterday I noticed that it’s not recording my steps.
I have done a reboot a few times and then it record some of my steps.
This morning it didn’t record steps again. My speel data also stopped at 3:30am.
I rebooted again a few times, but still it only records some of my steps. I also changed my clock faces.
I also noticed the green light sensor at the bottom of the of the watch is not working.
Would you please be so kind to let me know how to fix my Fitbit.
