I hope someone from for it reaches out. This is frustrating.  I’ve even done factory reset.  Got excited as steps showed back up until steps kept increasing and I was sitting still.  Then is stopped.  Nothing tracked.

I got “here is a discount”. Kinda sucky since my watch only lasted 2 1/2 years.

Same problem here. Battery also dying within 24 hours of charging. I have tried everything, including factory reset with no improvement.

Mine stopped counting my steps around 2pm, didn't realize until 7pm. Thankfully I was able to shutdown my fitbit and when it started back up, it started counting steps again. Hopefully It will keep working! I have quite a few issues with my Ionic lately and it's so frustrating! GAH! Hopefully they are able to resolve some of these issues as I really don't want to have to switch..

Mine did this on the year anniversary of buying it (yesterday). Must be a bug in the system or something. My wife is having the same issue, but her started a week before mine.

Same as all of the above, except mine has also lost time. Seems like when the 1 yr warranty is up they go kaput

I had 3 long web chats with fitbit tried turning off and back on, turning  off heart rate monitor and back on again, a full reset had to leave an exercise running to try to collect data, but still no joy, the green led lights had also stopped working. They are now sending a replacement. As the device completely stopped working.

There was a new firmware to watch just dropped, and my Ionic went to logo screen of death.  Lucky me.  Still under warranty, last one missed 1 year mark by 4 months,  This is my 3 Ionic in 4 years.  But good news is Google is taking over, with a boat load of cash to hopefully fix the quality control problems these watches seem to have.

I have not found a fix yet. When my last one died last summer I purchased another one ant then Fitbit gave me a coupon so I purchased a 2nd one for backup. I am attempting to set that one up now. I will let you know how that goes.

I was able to sync the 2nd Ionic to my app and so far so good. Too bad it took a totally new device to fix my problems.
