Ionic not tracking steps

My Ionic is not counting my steps today. It was doing great yesterday but this morning stopped tracking steps. The clock, heart rate and calories are tracking. The ligjt on the back will not go off.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. If your Fitbit Ionic isn't counting steps as it should, I recommend you to follow the next steps to restart your device:

1. For Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
2. Let go of the buttons.
3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Tried those steps and reset the watch.  Also did the firmware update 27.70.8.0.

Mine does not track steps, heartbeat, or sleep anymore.  My battery also gets eaten within 1.5 days 😞
