Hi. I have an iconic, about 3 years old, that has stopped turning on after I charge it. Can anyone help??

@Gtsindos A warm welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed in my reply. 

Thanks for letting me know that you've had your Ionic for about 3 years. I would like you to restart your Ionic and if it turns on but it doesn't charge follow the tips on this article. 

Let me know the outcome.

i have done the recommended tips however its still not working. my iconic is less than 1 year old and haven't used for almost 2 months.

Hi, the ionic is still not turning on. The restart didn’t work.
