I have connected the ionic to the computer but still nothing happens. I am very unhappy Fitbit is so unreliable that I don't understand that the company gets away with that . I have the charge charge 2 and charge 3 as well as two ionics and 2 versas . Both versas and the charfe 3 don't measuremy heart rate as I have tattoos my ionic on the other hand works great even thou my grey ionic doesn't turn on now . My point is 60% of the from me purchased devises don't work or don't turn on . I think this is unacceptable.
