Having issues getting my ionic to restart. Tried a basic restart and a factory reset. Have tried both ways I was told to do it. Called customer service. After having me try to factory reset it said I needed to take a video of myself doing it and send it in. Help please!

It sounds like you have a faulty device.
Have you sent the requested video to customer support? Once you have done this they will be able to assist you further. Depending on your warranty status you will most likely be sent a replacement device.
