I’ve had my ionic for a year and a half and now it won’t turn on. Woke up one day and it was completely black. I tired everything to get it to turn back on and nothing. Contacted customer support and all they could do is give me 40% off a new one. No way I’m spending another 300 bucks for something to only last a year and a half. Fitbit knows about these issues and does nothing to solve. They know this watch won’t last a little over a year which is why the warranty is only good for a year. If they know this is a common issue then why not make the warranty for at least two years??

I have had an Iconic for less than a year and I woke up this.morning with no screen either. I had a charge on it already but charged it for @ 1more hour and it's still wouldn't start
I took it to Techy guy and he checked it and cameto the conclusion the battery is not taking a charge.
What are my options ?
