I did a factory reset on my ionic, now it wont turn back on. I did hold the left button for 10 sec, the left and lower right, the left and both right, and the left and upper right for 10 sec, still nothing. I've googled other options and still nothing. Any other ideas?

Hi @Pierre1983, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.

Hi @RicardoFitbit .
Thank you for your response. The heartrate sensors is not flashing. And when plugged into the charger, nothing works either. I did wipe the prongs with a clean dry cloth.
I'm out of ideas and my fitbit is only 3 months old!!!

My Ionic went dead this morning too. Won't take a charge. It's caput. 😞

I have the same problem. My Ionic had about 50% charge but is now completely dead. No sign of life. I have tried the various resets and have tried to give it a charge - but nothing helped.
I bought the Ionic in December 2018 - so I’ve had 15 months use out of it. Given the price I think it is reasonable to expect at least a few years of use. Furthermore, it seems very bad from a sustainability perspective to be discarding watches after such a short lifespan.
Given this i don’t think I will buy a Fitbit again (even though I really liked the watch!). I’ll try and find something a little more financially and environmentally sustainable.
