My Ionic stopped working right after syncing at 227 pm yesterday. would not turn on, had 87% power and no trouble shooting was fixing the problem. I contacted customer service and nothing they could do except give me 25% off. this tracker is barely 1 year old. pathetic that an item only lasts barely a year. not a happy customer. anyone else have issues with tracker stopping?
