I have an iconic too that I purchased new March 2018. It lasted till sept 2019 just 18 months. I did the update that it had me to do and now will not turn on like everyone elses. I paid 220 for this on sale for it to not last longer. I cleaned terminals. Bought a new charger still nothing. Just black screen. Did the reset left button and bottom right button. Nothing. Contacted live help. Says exhausted all tries to reset. Hardware issue and will give me a 20% discount for a new one for a better upgrade.. really!!! If this is all they will last when I have babied this ionic and have had case around it screen protector. No water. I really loved this one and just want it fixed. Please help

Same thing happened to me. Don’t even bother to try using support. You will waste hours getting the run around. I bought an Apple Watch after several hours of frustration with Fitbit support.
